☕ How to Prepare
Usucha (Light Matcha Tea)
Whisk or shake 1 teaspoon (≈2 g) of matcha powder with
60 ml hot water at 70–75°C until fully mixed and frothy.
Matcha Latte

Whisk or shake 2 teaspoons (≈4 g) of matcha powder with
60 ml hot water at 70–75°C until smooth. -
Add to 240 ml hot milk and sweeten to taste.

Iced Version:
