How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email nomidayuk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with simple instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Conditions

  Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including postage costs.
